Part-Time Poke Heroes!

The Pokemon world is home to a pantheon of deities, each with their own agendas…

They do their jobs perfectly fine on their own (well, most of them do), but one thing always seems to be a roadblock in their duties.

An unspoken rule: deities are forbidden from directly interfering with the residents of their world.

…luckily there’s a loophole! They can just summon humans, who aren’t residents, to do stuff for them~

A young man hunting for a part-time job has a chance encounter with Jirachi, deity of the stars.

He’s given an offer he can’t refuse (literally, he can’t refuse it, it’s a long story) and becomes Jirachi’s “Part-Timer,” hopping over to the Pokemon world to grant the wishes of Jirachi’s followers in his stead~

“Time to grant some wishes, yeah? Gotta earn my pay.”

Ced – Audino, Male

A boy who wound up becoming Kirari’s Part-Timer while looking for a summer job. As an Audino, he has scruffy fur and very tired eyes, unbefitting of such a normally cute ‘mon. His Part-Timer uniform is a blue apron with a star pattern, and he wields a magic broomstick and Wish Tags. He often gets lost in his thoughts, going on tangents and overthinking himself into spirals.
He’s normally hesitant to do things, but… tell him he’s getting paid, and his motivation skyrockets.

Kirari – Jirachi, Male

The Pokemon World’s deity of the stars, currently overseeing Hoshi Village in the Air Continent. His Wish Tags on his head have star patterns on them, and his blue eyes have teal markings on the side rather than underneath them. He’s somewhat vain and isn’t above tricking poor mortals, but he has a heart of gold underneath his prideful demeanor.
After forming a contract with Ced, they are now bound to each other, and Kirari follows the Audino around to make sure he’s doing his job as his Part-Timer.
Also just for some company. But he’ll never admit that.
